Gate Valve - Technical Specifications

American standard gate valve is widely used as the opening and closing device to connect or cut off the medium in the oil and steam pipelines of petrochemical industry, fossil-fuel power station, etc.

1. The design and manufacture of the product meet the requirements of American national standard ANSIB16.34, American Petroleum Institute standard AP16D and API600.

2. Compact structure, small volume, good rigidity, and safe and reliable sealing.

3. The closing element (gate) adopts an elastic structure,which can automatically compensate for valve body deformation caused by abnormal loads or temperatures during operation.Therefore, the sealing is reliable and will not generate gate wedges.

4. Manual valves with a nominal diameter greater than or equal to NPS1011, pressure class 400 pounds, and a nominal diameter greater than or equal to NPSS611, pressure class 150-2500 pounds, are equipped with rolling bearings in their operating devices for easy opening and closing.

5. The materials of the main body, internal components, fillers, gaskets, and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.

6. The valve seat can be a more lift type valve seat, which can be matched with any combination of sealing surface materials to meet working conditions and extend service life.
